弊社は創業以来40年間、産業用ロボットの製造を中心とし、研究開発型の企業として、様々なチャレンジをして参りました。近年の産業構造の変化にさらされながらも今日まで成長できたのも、お客様のご依頼に対し、議論、提案を重ね、時間を共有させていただいた賜物と感じています。改めまして、皆様に心からお礼を申し上げます。
今、日本では第三次のITによる革命から、第四次産業革命としてCPS、IoTといったシステム面の革命が起こっています。また、世界に類を見ない超高齢化社会へ突入し、国内の労働力人口が減少し、様々な現場で人間の手に代わるロボットの導入が図られると推測されます。
一方、ロボットを購入すれば直ちに労働力不足が解決する訳ではなく、どの部分をロボットと協同して行うのか、また、それに対応した繊細な動きを制御するソフトウェア開発も不可欠です。そのため、ロボットの導入はシステム全体で考えた場合、非常に高価なものになってしまうことが課題として挙げられています。
このように、ロボット化に限らず、生産設備の導入には常に多くの課題が潜在しています。弊社では、お客様のご要望に対し、今まで蓄積した技術、知識、経験を活かし、コストバランスも含めたよりよいものを共に追求します。そして、ものづくりを通じ、「お客様へ感動と幸せを提供する」理念の基、会社一丸となって取り組んで行きたいと考えております。

Since our company was established forty years ago we have kept on challenging as an R&D industrial robot maker.
I appreciate all our customers who share their time with us, repeatedly discussing and proposing in order to satisfactorily meet the request and also aim for better manufacturing (monozukuri). Due to this we are able to keep growing under the change in industrial structure.
Right now the world is at the beginning of the 4th industrial revolution. Things such as CPS (Cyber-Physical System) and Iot (internet of thing) are coming to the fore after the 3rd industrial revolution which was IT (Information Technology)
However Japan is facing a serious problem of aging and shrinking of population, this is causing labor shortage.
It is presumed that machines will replace human workers in many fields in the near future.
However this doesn't mean that by simply installing robots you can immediately solve the problems caused by labor shortage. You also have to consider the process the robots will be used for and also development of the software for controlling these complex functions.
Therefore the total cost of robot installation can be high. There are many potential problems, not only for robotization but also for the installation of production equipment.
TOYO SEIKI Co., LTD is using our techniques and knowledge gained from many years of industry experience in order to supply good products and services whilst also considering the cost balance with customers. Through monozukuri, we will all work together based on the policy; providing a “heartwarming feeling and happiness” for customers.
